MSMR is delighted to be appointed to design the new management suite for AXA IM – Real Assets at 22 Bishopsgate. Located on the first floor mezzanine of the recently completed, PLP-designed vertical village, the proposals comprise a marketing suite, fixed and flexible work spaces as well as welfare and break-out zones. Carefully considered planning has allowed each of the spaces to be optimised, while the light, colourful palette of materials, including the FF&E, complements the building.
This is MSMR's second project in London's developing Bishopsgate area. We are delivering the fit-out of the 5* Pan Pacific hotel at 150 Bishopsgate (another PLP-designed tower) with contractor Lendlease, and are designers of the scheme's residential element, 160 luxury apartments and residents' amenities.
