We are delighted to see that our Albany House project for the Crown Estate has been shortlisted in the Residential category of the BREEAM Awards 2014.
The shortlist is generated from a list of the highest scoring buildings certified from 1 January – 31 December 2013.
The project involved the residential conversion and amalgamation of two existing grade-II listed buildings to provide 18 apartments for the rental market. Communal heating and cooling systems were installed with solar thermal collectors at roof level. The buildings were comprehensively refurbished and extended and achieved an EcoHomes Excellent rating.
Winners will be announced on Tuesday 4th March, at Ecobuild 2014.
