Our client Native Land spoke to online property journal Prime Resi about the many benefits of using prefabricated modular units on Burlington Gate.
Currently on site, mixed-sue scheme Burlington Gate will provide 42 residential apartments arranged over art gallery spaces and a new public arcade.
Using modular units constructed offsite can offer environmental, cost, installation and maintenance benefits, as well as considerably reducing time spent onsite.
