At this unprecedented time, as mental health and wellbeing is top of everyone's agenda, our team were pleased to be able to raise money for the architects' support charity, Architect's Benvolent Society (ABS). This year, due to the current government guidelines for lockdown, participants went solo, completing either a 5k run, and/or a series of fitness challenges in their own neighbourhood for the re-named, 'Cooped Up' Chicken Run.
Shout out to everyone from our team who took part, helping ABS to raise over £1000 across the week. Highlights include MSMR fouding Director, Sheila taking up the plank challenge in her back garden and Associate Susan's newly adopted dog, Yara completing a 5k walk. Scroll down for photos.
