MSMR’s Farm Street project has won the Affordable Housing category at the British Homes Awards 2021.
A joint venture between Westminster City Council and Caudwell, this Mayfair development was built by MY Construction and provides off-site affordable housing, associated with the neighbouring Audley Square Redevelopment.
Notes from the judging panel include;
“Very strong character and commendable execution and materials. Real contribution to enhance character of the area. Vital contribution for a small number of units in a unique residential market. Good eco credentials.”
“Interesting street scape study and incorporating a mix of uses. Great sustainability measures. interesting brick detailing that reflects the character of the street well. Great quality throughout this building.”
