This week some of the team had the chance to visit completed project, 76 Ladbroke Grove. The new-build house, developed by Landmass London, is located in the Ladbroke Conservation Area. The building is a modern interpretation of the neighbouring late-19th century facades.
Laid out over five floors, it includes a significant below ground excavation, double-height spaces, voids, glass floors and a dramatic staircase maximising natural light to the house.
MSMR provided planning permission services and developed preliminary design intent information, while structural engineers PCDS managed and delivered the project on site.
