Architecture, design and craftsmanship are abundant in our city so we're happy to celebrate these very things when the London Design Festival comes around.
Several exhibitions and events have caught our eye, so here are our highlights for LDF2018
- MSMR have several live and completed projects in the festival's Regent Street & St James district so we're interested in this alternative way to explore the area. The Equinox Design Run led by Olympic marathon runner Jane Vongvorachoti, will guide you around design highlights of the district at a canny pace!
- Just along the road from our architecture studio in Waterloo, is the festival's Bankside Design District. We're looking forward to traversing the 'Colourful Crossing' by artist Morag Myserscough who is also leading a sketching tour of the district on Saturday.
- Design Junction trade fair is promising to 'break the mould' with their design talks programme. 'Moving away from standardised names of the design and architecture industries... celebrating inclusivity whilst exploring the crucial issues which the design industry faces.' Sign up here.
