MSMR are delighted to be appointed to design and deliver the refurbishment of 76-78 Portland Place.
Also referred to as Hale House, the building will serve as a co-working hub for health-tech start-ups in the Harley Street Health District, a flagship healthcare innovation hub in London.
The CAT B fit-out will offer versatile workspace in various sizes and will include dry labs, bookable meeting rooms and private call booths. Additional amenities include a flexible content creation room, a podcast studio, and a gym.
The project is designed to cater for start-ups, and to foster the growth of the growing health-tech community in London.
