MSMR has submitted a planning application for the comprehensive redevelopment of an important city centre site in the heart of St Albans. The proposed development will introduce new uses and activities to the area including public realm improvements, a vibrant mix of ground floor retail spaces, office accommodation and 87 residential apartments.
Prior to making the submission MSMR worked very closely with the City and District Council, as well as a number of local interest groups to ensure that the scheme responds positively to the needs of the surrounding area.
