Two recently completed MSMR projects, DL/78 and Farm Street, have been shortlisted for the AJ Architecture Awards 2022.
DL/78, part of a mixed-use development by Derwent London, is intended to function primarily as collaborative work space for the Derwent London occupier community. The 780 sqm floor space is equipped with 58 sqm conference room, flexible meeting rooms, café, wellness room, catering facilities and a lounge space. This project is shortlisted in the Workplace under £10m category.
Farm Street, which is shortlisted in the Mixed-use project category, was a joint venture between Westminster City Council and Caudwell. The unusual development in the middle of Mayfair provides off-site affordable housing associated with the neighbouring Audley Square Redevelopment.
Celebrating and rewarding design excellence in UK architecture, the AJ Architecture Awards highlight the very best projects across 17+ categories from housing, health and wellbeing to workplace and cultural projects.
The winners will be revealed at a celebratory event in London on 23 November 2022.
