MSMR is delighted to have been shortlisted in the SBID International Design Awards 2021, for our CGI and visualisation work on One Bishopsgate Plaza (150 Bishopsgate).
One Bishopsgate Plaza is a mixed-use, 42-storey building in the heart of the City of London. Within the PLP designed tower is a 237-room, 5* luxury Pan Pacific hotel as well as 160 private apartments or ‘Sky Residences’.
The four submitted visualisations were commissioned by Pan Pacific London as part of their marketing strategy. All images have been produced using a combination of digital techniques and software programmes. The 3D geometry has been extracted from the project’s live Revit model, with further details and pro modes added in 3ds Max. The final images have then been rendered in 3ds Max with V-ray, and further enhanced in Photoshop.
Each award entry has been evaluated by industry-leading experts for functionality, technical merit, creative delivery and ability to inspire. The final stage of the judging process, before the awards ceremony on Friday 22nd October, falls to a public vote which will make up 30% of the result.
