MSMR project, Farm Street, has been shortlisted in the New London Awards 2021.
A joint venture between Westminster City Council and Caudwell, this unusual development in the middle of Mayfair provides off-site affordable housing associated with the neighbouring Audley Square Redevelopment.
The annual New London Awards recognises projects which demonstrate the positive impact of high-quality design, planning and construction on people lives, their neighbourhoods and the city. Completed by MY Construction in April this year, Farm Street has been designed and developed in line with Westminster’s ‘City for All’ agenda, providing a much-needed addition to its affordable housing provision in this part of central London.
During the London Festival of Architecture, the public are invited to vote for their favourite project from the 2021 shortlist. The project with the most votes will be awarded with the People’s Choice Award which will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 26th November.
