MSMR are pleased to have once again sponsored a Travel Award for the Sheffield School of Architecture (SSoA). The grant is awarded to third-year students to support an architectural study trip to a destination of their choice.
Director James Bell and Associate Director Emma Low attended the awards presentation at the SSoA end-of-year exhibition and were greatly impressed by the showcased work.
This year’s travel award was presented to Freddie Bull and Rosie Bannerman, who have planned a six-stop trip around northern Italy to explore the work of Carlo Scarpa. During their visit, they will be producing a series of film prints documenting their experiences.
Congratulations to Freddie and Rosie on their deserved success. The pair will be documenting their travels on Instagram using the hashtag #msmrtravelaward.
