Planning win for St Albans

The planned site includes Hertfordshire House car park, the NHS health centre, and the redundant police station. MSMR developed the masterplan to initiate regeneration of the site, working closely with the St Albans City and District Council, as well as a number of local interest groups to ensure that the scheme would respond positively to the needs of the surrounding community.
