In the last few months, significant mile stones have been reached on the delivery of the fit-out of this 41 storey tower. The first of the 5 star guest room levels are complete and work is beginning on the hotel’s Pan Pacific Suite (which has incredible views over London's iconic architecture, pictured below). Elsewhere, there is progress to front of house areas including swimming pool, gym, conference and dining areas, and the 380-seat, subterranean ballroom. In August the scheme also officially achieved BREEAM Excellent.
Levels 21 to 41 of the tower comprise 160 MSMR-designed 'Sky Residences', and the marketing suite is now open to potential buyers in neighbouring Salesforce Tower. The apartments recently featured in Prime Resi Journal including MSMR’s design for the resident’s club-style lounge and bar.
MSMR is working closely with PLP Architecture (shell and core) and with Yabu Pushelberg (hotel ID concept) to deliver this significant London development for client, UOL and for development manager, Stanhope.
