Works are progressing on site at Eaton Mews West, a mixed-use development in Belgravia, following unanimous planning approval from Westminster City Council in September.
This project marks the first complete terrace of newly built mews houses constructed in the area since the 1950s. Demolition involves facade retention and sensitivity to a protected oak tree in one of the rear gardens.
