MSMR previously obtained planning consent for a new mixed-use scheme at the 0.6 hectare dockside site in Battersea. Our award-winning scheme comprises six buildings of up to 10 storeys, accommodating 118 high quality private and affordable apartments with flexible commercial space at ground and lower ground levels.
Central to our scheme is a large public piazza looking onto Ransome’s Dock and allowing access to the Thames path.
