At Morley House this week, the contactor, Kier has finished pouring the sixth floor slab. Although the works to the seventh floor are still to complete before the project officially tops out, it's already possible to see that the new apartment terraces will provide brilliant views across to the city. The installation of the rear facade has begun, including the steel work for a series of triangular projecting bay windows.
MSMR are appointed by The Crown Estate to design and deliver the residential aspect of the retained-facade scheme. The Grade II listed building on Regent Street is being constructed and extended to provide 44 private rental apartments ranging in size from one to three bed, including two penthouse duplex units.
