MSMR successfully secured planning consent for the sensitive redevelopment of two adjoining listed buildings located in the Mayfair Conservation Area. Both buildings form a single site and are linked at the basement level.
With previous unsympathetic alterations to the interiors of both buildings and much of the original fabric removed, MSMR's redevelopment has returned the original plan form to the lower ground floor and moved the modern interventions to the new basement. A new courtyard was created and incorporates a concealed eight-car stacking system which sits between the two buildings.
