MSMR worked in collaboration with Robert A. M. Stern Architects to achieve a substantial planning permission for this super prime, new-build residential development.
Located within the Mayfair Conservation Area, the client favoured a traditional design approach for the 12 storey building – 7 levels above ground and 5 levels below.
The internal space houses luxury residential accommodation and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, cinema, and basement parking levels.
