Clarges Penthouse

Clarges is a prestigious residential-led development by British Land in Mayfair, overlooking Green Park and Buckingham Palace.

MSMR worked closely with Paris-based Chahan Interiors and contractor Knight Harwood to deliver the interior fit-out of this 5,100 sq ft duplex penthouse apartment and rooftop terrace.

The luxury apartment’s modern style has a palette of highly considered materials and finishes as well as bespoke joinery finishes. A central, sculptural stair provides a focal point and connects the two levels to a large external roof terrace.
