This project involved the extensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of a Grade II listed townhouse and two mews properties to provide a single family home.
The creation of a courtyard garden with a living wall and part-glazed floor sits at the heart of the design, providing a focal point around which the living spaces are organised. A connecting building has transformed the formerly separate properties by linking the ground floor rooms with less formal family spaces in the mews building.
MSMR provided full architectural services and obtained planning permission and listed-building consent. The project was developed by Xenia London.
