This project involved extensive refurbishment works behind a retained facade. The footprint of the existing property was unusually large for a mews house and the addition of another storey at basement level resulted in a spacious and modern family home.
MSMR’s design for the scheme included four en-suite bedrooms, a wine store, fitness room, media room and a glass lift. A central, four-storey atrium ensured plenty of natural light reached the new lower-ground level.
MSMR provided full architectural services, as well as project management and contract administration services.
