This luxury development is built on a two-acre site at the heart of Kensington and comprises 68 private apartments and four penthouse apartments, along with a residents’ lounge, cinema and leisure facilities including a 20m indoor pool.
MSMR’s design for the internal spaces ensures principal rooms are filled with natural light and connections between the newly landscaped gardens and neighbouring historic park are maximised.
Bespoke, hand-crafted fixtures and fittings used natural materials to give the interiors a sophisticated and established feel. Hand-selected, crown cut veneers and book matched marble revealed their organic forms, referencing back to the nature theme in the interior design concept. The MSMR team visited each supplier to inspect and hand select the finest materials.
MSMR provided client-side compliance and design services in relation to the interior fit out, from Stage 3 through to completion. Work on the common areas involved close collaboration with Studio Reed.
