This project returns a pair of Grade II listed townhouses and their mews properties, currently conjoined and converted to lateral apartments, to two separate family homes. The retained façade scheme reinstates much of the original plan form and also provides a more sensitive mansard design, new rear façade and reconstructed mews houses that are more in keeping with the buildings’ original design.
The design is focused around family functions, with generous living spaces opening on to courtyards. A new basement includes a media room, gym and other wellbeing facilities.
