MSMR achieved planning consent for this air rights penthouse development on behalf of the freeholder AXA Real Estate. The site was then sold to Dwyer Property who appointed MSMR to deliver the scheme.
The mansion block rooftop site has been developed to provide two penthouses measuring approximately 3,550 sq. ft. each. Circulation in the long floor plans has been minimised and both apartments use pocket windows to emphasize the spectacular views over central London. MSMR worked in collaboration with Helen Green Design on the interiors.
