Built in 1924, Morley House forms two thirds of a Grade II listed block on London's Regent Street. The remaining third, Albany House, has already been converted to residential use by MSMR.
Behind retained Portland stone façades the building has been reconstructed and extended to provide 44 private rental apartments ranging in size from one to three beds, including two penthouse duplex units. The apartments are finished to an exceptional standard of design and specification and have been furnished in three differing options.
Residents’ amenities on the ground floor include a lounge and screening room. Existing retail space at ground and basement levels has been enlarged and enhanced behind refurbished bronze shopfronts.
MSMR's interior concept design draws inspiration from the building’s jazz-age origins and its location in heart of the West End, to create a refined, elegant look and feel.
The development was undertaken to BIM level 2 and achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
