This project was carried out as part of The Crown Estate’s ongoing redevelopment of London's Regent Street. Involving the amalgamation of and conversion to residential use two buildings the design provides six apartments for the rental market. One of the properties is Grade-II listed with an ornate stone facade and both buildings have undergone comprehensive refurbishment, achieving an EcoHomes Excellent rating. MSMR also provided a full interior design service on the project.
