This unique mixed-use 43-storey tower, located in the heart of the City of London, comprises a 237-room, 5* luxury hotel and 160 apartments or ‘Sky Residences’.
London's first Pan Pacific hotel occupies the lower 20 floors of the tower (and 4 subterranean levels), with the residences located above.
The hotel features a variety of 5* suites and guest rooms along with a ‘signature Pan Pacific suite’ located on the 19th floor.
Other facilities include a guest lounge and bar, all-day and private dining spaces, as well as range of meeting and conference rooms. At fourth-floor level, overlooking the plaza, is an indoor pool, spa and fitness centre. A TRIPLE-height subterranean ballroom, unique within the Square Mile, can accommodate up to 380 guests.
As lead designers of the residential fit out of One Bishopsgate Plaza, MSMR was appointed to deliver Yabu Pushelberg’s interior concept for the hotel.
MSMR's collaborative approach with Yabu Pushelberg, PLP and developers Stanhope and UOL, has ensured a coordinated, seamless design at every level of building.
