This development involved the full demolition and reconstruction of a single four-bed mews house.
MSMR's design for the property includes a top-lit atrium which provides generous amounts of natural light to the living areas at lower ground level. Construction was complicated by limited access to the cobbled mews, together with a ‘flying freehold’ arrangement with an adjoining listed building to the rear.
