MSMR worked with Studio Ashby on interiors on this 5000 sq ft residence in South London, building on MSMR’s portfolio of homes. Including a formal reception, and an open plan kitchen-living-dining space with mezzanine, this modernist house has been refurbished to create a comfortable and spacious layout.
Accommodation is arranged over four levels. The heart of the home, comprising the kitchen-living-dining area at basement-level, enjoys abundant natural light due to the double height windows at the rear of the property.
MSMR were responsible for full architectural services of the refurbishment.
