This project, a new family home in Kent, is located within a walled garden on a historic estate in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house is clad in a traditional palette of handmade bricks and Kentish Ragstone paired with refined contemporary details.
Internally, it provides 4 bedrooms and spacious living accommodation across ground floor and a partially-sunken lower ground level. A swimming pool faces onto the sheltered south-facing courtyard. Internally a simple palette of natural materials is proposed as a backdrop to family life.
